		<description><![CDATA[I have been arguing that the Global Warming issue is as much a scam as the Y2K issue. Having obtained global and national CO2 emissions data, I calculated that for every ton of CO2 produced, Canada&#039;s contribution is 12 pounds - hardly worth crippling our economy, especially in light of the fact that the most prolific producers are not participating. Further, I have argued that the data set, upon which the scare mongerers base their dire predictions is so small, as to be statistically insignificant. It does, however, provide satisfactory incomes to those who promote this agenda.]]></description>
