Please can anyone tell me if these pronouncements from NOAH and NASA and others as reported by Accuweather&#039;s Bret Anderson in a very recent post on the matter are true or bulloney? I for one can not believe this at all, locally here in the NYS region, the summer was delightful, with a two week heat wave , in the summer, that was notable.]]></description>
