IOW, the UEA is concerned that if the public finds out too much how the IPCC actually operates, public opinion of the IPCC would be lowered,  hampering the the IPCC&#039;s ability to function in ways that displease the public.   

This very purpose of this regulation, is to ensure that international relations / political correctness is always given prominence over the truth.   It should be scrapped forthwith.]]></description>
